These terms govern your use of continunity.com (the “site”), the Live Forever Journal, and ContinUnity membership (together, the “service”). By using the site, creating an account or joining, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
ContinUnity is operated by ContinUnity Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at hello@continunity.com.
ContinUnity is a family connection membership. It helps you preserve your stories and grow closer across the generations through a daily prompt, the Live Forever Journal, and other member resources. Some parts of the site are free; membership and certain features are paid.
You create an account with passwordless sign-in. You are responsible for the email address linked to your account and for anyone you invite to join you. Keep your access to that email secure, as it is how you sign in.
You keep ownership of everything you write, record or upload. You grant us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you and the family members you invite, and provide the service. We do not claim your stories as our own and we do not sell them.
ContinUnity is for connection and reflection. Nothing on the site or within the service is legal, financial, tax, medical or therapeutic advice. Where estate planning or similar is mentioned, it is provided by our sister company Legacy Creators or other qualified professionals, under their own terms.
Some features use artificial intelligence, for example to transcribe a voice note or help shape a memoir. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Please review anything it produces before relying on it.
We take great care to keep your journal safe, but no online service is ever completely without risk. For anything precious, we recommend using the “Print a copy” option now and then to keep your own backup.
Membership fees are shown at the point you join and are payable through our checkout. Your membership continues until you cancel it. Where you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, subject to the exceptions that apply once a service has begun with your agreement. Any specific terms are confirmed with you before you pay.
The content, design and branding of the site are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
